Server bugs

I cant come in the server when i join that the message i get ''Failedconnect''(Alreadyconnectedtoanotherserver) i restarted my computer and router and close rust and steam and try again it dont work, i go to google to write my problem and i found maybe the problem it when the server lag or get a ddos and get disconnected sometime it bug and the person can go in the server, and the server  need to be restart, i dont know if it the problem but yesterday the server get a ddos the admin said it to me. thank you to respond me

I have the same problem maybe Admins restart the server... i dont know what to do..  

I will restart the server shortly to see if this fixes your error.
